1. Guiding Principle
Fundamentally we appreciate you as a customer and do our upmost to properly protect your information. We take our position seriously as a legitimate service provider. We created Orbspace to help people easily promote their ideas and connect safely to the digital world through websites. Our platform is not built for collecting Personal Identifying Information for anything other than providing Orbspace services to our customers. This means we do not sell your information to anyone. We only ask for information needed to comply regulation and activate platform services detailed in the following sections. We will comply with lawful regulations.
2. Account creation and maintenance
This includes typical contact information such as name, email, address, phone number. We need this information for contacting you or assigning products/services to you.
We will use the contact information you have given us to communicate things to you. This means billing, notices, inquiries, feedback and so forth. When you send us emails or other communications, such as customer support inquiries, we maintain those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you. We will only communicate with you via email or social channels.
4. Content You Provide
When you use our platform services, we store, process and transmit any content that you have uploaded and created. You have control over what is stored and what is deleted.
5. Usage Information
We collect information regarding activity and use of our platform. This information is used solely to help us improve our system and services.
6. Location Information
We collect information regarding location to provide services related to location. This means determining local languages, or time zones, geotags for post, or map services. Its only used to support services and content on your behalf.
8. Third-Party Usage
We employ third-party companies to help provide our platform services. These third-party companies are as follows:

While Stripe and Enom do have your information (Name, address, billing information) that is needed to provide/complete services, Groove receives only basic contact information that is required to route correspondence to and from us. 9. Payment processing
We will disclose your information to third parties in the event that you have authorized us to, perform specified services, in the event that we need to comply with the law enforcement, or to protect our rights.
While software and cloud services are never completely secure, we do the upmost to take reasonable efforts as well as industry best practices to protect any given information.
We do reserve the right to retain personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to perform services. You may request us to delete your account information by contacting us (firstname.lastname@example.org) We will retain your information only if we have been ordered to do so to comply with legal requests, protect our rights or resolve disputes.
